PER CURIAM. The instant appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The motion for rehearing was not timely served and, thus, even if authorized, did not toll the time for the taking of an appeal. See, e.g., Grooms v. Moore, 766 So.2d 459 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000).
DISMISSED.
