PER CURIAM.

We have for review, a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of an order imposing sanctions (Case no. 3D03-2909), which we have consolidated with an appeal (Case no. 3D04-47), from an order determining the amount of an attorney’s fee sanction. We deny the petition for certio-rari on the merits and affirm the appeal from the attorney’s fee determination.
