PER CURIAM.

The defendant appeals his conviction and sentence for kidnapping and robbery. We affirm the defendant’s conviction. The defendant was resentenced during pen-dency of this appeal. Therefore his appeal as to the sentence imposed, is now moot.

Affirmed.
