PER CURIAM. Upon Appellee’s concession of error, we reverse an order denying Appellant’s motion for proceedings supplementary to execution. Appellant has a valid outstanding judgment lien. Appellant filed an affidavit stating that the judgment remains unsatisfied. Appellant is entitled to proceedings supplementary pursuant to section 56.29, Florida Statutes. Upon a showing of the statutory prerequisites, the court has no discretion to deny the motion.
