PER CURIAM. Robert Lee Jackson appeals his conviction for burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, resisting an officer without violence, and criminal mischief. We conclude that the record supports the trial court’s ruling which disallowed three defense peremptory challenges. The record supports the court’s determination that the three attempted peremptory challenges were pre-textual. See Melbourne v. State, 679 So.2d 759, 764-65 (Fla.1996).
Affirmed.
