CONFESSION OF ERROR
PER CURIAM. The State concedes that the trial court failed to conduct a Faretta inquiry before allowing the Appellant to represent himself, when accepting a plea. See Faretta v. California, 422 U.S. 806, 95 S.Ct. 2525, 45 L.Ed.2d 562 (1975). Therefore, judgment and sentence are reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
SHARP, W., PETERSON and MONACO, JJ., concur.
