PER CURIAM. CONFESSION OF ERROR
In light of the Appellee’s Confession of Error, the order denying motion to set aside defaults and vacate judgment, rendered October 11, 2004, is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
