PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. This court’s affirmance is without prejudice to appellant filing a motion in the trial court to dismiss the April 2012 detainer. Appellant alleges that the State filed a detainer in connection with the criminal contempt sentence imposed in June 2011, which he immediately and completely served.
