PER CURIAM. We have carefully reviewed appellant’s assignments of error and the questions raised thereunder, together with the briefs and record in this cause. The burden is upon the appellant to clearly demonstrate wherein the trial court has erred and failing this, the judgment appealed should be and it is hereby affirmed.
Affirmed.
