ON CONFESSION OF ERROR
PER CURIAM. Pursuant to Appellee’s Confession of Error, the circuit court’s June 29, 2012 Order of Dismissal is reversed. This cause is remanded to the circuit court for further proceedings.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
