Luke, J. 1. The charge of the court, when considered as a whole, was most favorable to the plaintiff in error, and not subject to the objections pointed out in the record.
2. The issues of this cause were fairly submitted to the jury, and there was evidence to authorize the verdict.
Judgment affirmed.
