Luke, J. The evidence in this case authorized the verdict, which has the approval of the trial judge, and this court cannot interfere with it. It was not error to overrule the demurrer to the suit, nor did the court err in admitting the evidence objected to by the defendant. The admission of such evidence was not harmful to the defendant. Eor no reason assigned was it error to overrule the motion for a new trial.
Judgment affirmed.
Broyles, O. J., and Bloodworth, J., concur.
