Dawson, J. (dissenting):

The statute R. S. 38-103 is formulated in recognition of the possibility that a minor may be capable of contracting. It specifically provides that “if the other party has good reasons to believe the minor capable of contracting,” the contract cannot be disaffirmed. I therefore dissent.
