    dissenting: I think that a very bad and unwise far-reaching precedent is being set in this case, and therefore am unable to agree to the disposition being made of it. In my opinion it may not be said that the property in question is used exclusively for benevolent and/or charitable purposes within the legal meaning of those words as used in the constitutional and statutory provisions under consideration. I therefore respectfully dissent.
