    This case, in principle, is nó wise distinguishable from the case of Wickliffe and M’Kinlev against Hickman, decided by this court, spring term, 1818, and according to the decision in that case, the decree in this must be reversed with cost, and the cause remanded to the court below and the bill dismissed with cost,
