    For the reasons given in the opinion delivered on the motion to dismiss the appeal —

    It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the interlocutory order appealed from be and it is hereby annulled, avoided, and reversed, the dissolved injunction reinstated, and that the Union Insurance Company of Now Orleans pay costs in both courts.
