Writ denied. On the basis of the evi-dentiary hearing and of the sanity hearing found in the record of a previous application to this court, Docket No. 51,315, cer-tiorari denied, 258 La. 571, 247 So.2d 392, involving somewhat similar allegations, we find no merit to the relator’s contentions.
