In re: David Sistrunk applying for Writ of Habeas Corpus,

Writ refused. The parole revocation hearings were initiated prior to expiration of his parole term. La.R.S. 15:574.9, subd. C. No showing is made that the parole was not revoked because of the violation of parole conditions. The parole revocation was therefore authorized. La.R.S. 15:574.7; 15:574.9. The contentions made are without merit.
