In re: State of La. through District Attorney, Ossie Brown, applying for supervisory writs.
Granted. The ruling of the trial judge holding that the State witness Bryan Bush cannot testify is reversed and set aside. This case is distinguishable from State v. Donahue, 315 So.2d 329 (La.1975) in that Bush is no longer associated with the District Attorney’s Office. State v. Donahue did not hold that the District Attorney was incompetent to testify — only that he should be recused.
