Relator’s application is remanded to the District Court for an eviden-tiary hearing to determine whether due process requires (a) that there be specific performance of the plea bargain or (b) that defendant be given the option to go to trial on the original charges. Should defendant choose trial, the trial is to be held before a different judge presiding.
