PER CURIAM.

Granted. The district court’s order of May 22, 1991 and the subpoena duces te-cum it purports to enforce are vacated and set aside. The hospital committee records sought are confidential and privileged and are not subject to subpoena or discovery. LSA-R.S. 13:3715.3 and LSA-R.S. 44:7(D). The privilege has not been waived by the hospital committee in whose favor the privilege extends.
