ORDER

This matter is referred to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel for the sole purpose of determining whether that office has jurisdiction. A prompt response is requested, not later than ten (10) days from the date of this Order.

Thomas Albert Cenac is hereby transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule XIX, Section 22A, pending further orders of this Court.
