ORDER

IT IS ORDERED that the disposition of this court dated March 14, 2008 denying the rehearing application filed by John Hammond and Geraldine Hammond be and hereby is recalled and vacated on this court’s own motion.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the application for rehearing filed by John and Geraldine Hammond as well as the filing by Scott Hammond in this matter shall be considered on the merits by this court in regular course.
