  • On Application for Rehearing

    PER CURIAM.

In application for rehearing it is urged that credit should be allowed for compensation paid during the period of the plaintiff’s disability. Since counsel for plaintiff concedes this point, our original decree is amended to the extent of allowing a credit of $124.50 in favor of defendant-appellant.

    Rehearing is denied.
