PER CURIAM:

In our majority opinion we stated:

“By way of summary on the issue of fault, we find Phillip Brown was free of negligence; . . . .”

Our intention was to find Brown free of negligence “causing” the accident, and to this extent our opinion is corrected.

The application for rehearing is denied.
