For the reasons set forth in our opinion in “State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Highways v. Charlie Kornman and Medallion Realty, Inc., 336 So.2d 220” the judgment of the trial court herein is affirmed. The State is to bear all costs as can be assessed against it.

AFFIRMED.
