I agree with the result. In a similar factual situation, the Third Circuit denied the claim of an occupant of an uninsured vehicle (as outside the limited exception to stacking) because other coverage was available. La. Farm Bureau Mutual Ins. Co. v. Pinder, 428 So.2d 527 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1983). The exception to stacking is very narrow and should be strictly applied until the legislature provides otherwise.
