dissenting.

I respectfully dissent.

I would hold that defendant Pan-American Life Insurance Company’s actions in terminating plaintiff’s contract were proper and reverse the decision of the court awarding plaintiff damages. Furthermore, defendant’s actions on plaintiff’s behalf far exceeded any obligations it may have owed him.
