Because I am unable to distinguish the circumstances of this case from those in Naquin v. Uniroyal, Inc., 405 So.2d 525 (La.1981), I reluctantly concur — although I believe the results there and in the instant case were not contemplated by LSA-R.S. 23:1221(3) as it then read.
