ARMSTRONG, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in our opinion issued this date in Lemoine v. Herrmann, 559 So.2d 898 (La.App. 4th Cir.1990), we affirm the judgment of the trial court granting State Farm’s motion for summary-judgment.
