REHEARING GRANTED

PER CURIAM.

In our Opinion rendered on March 3, 2004, we completely reversed the trial court’s judgment, thus making Randall Racca the prevailing party. We now amend our previous ruling to cast Rodney Poche with all costs of appeal, as well as with all costs incurred in district court.
