    The      victim        never         stated     that       relator    used       any        force    or    violence
    against            her,     and       the    investigating           officer         failed         to    elaborate
    on      the     nature          of    the    statements        of   the     other       witnesses          who    were
    present            during       the    incident        in    question.           See    State       v.    Broadway,
