The November 6, 2019 judgment denying the Exceptions of Improper Cumulation of Actions and Lack of Procedural Capacity filed by Defendant - in -Reconvention, Art Supply Distributor, LLC, is hereby vacated. The issue of subject matter jurisdiction may be raised at any time, even by the court on its own motion, and at any stage of an action. Williams v. The jurisdiction of a court over the subject matter of an action or proceeding cannot be conferred by consent of the parties or waived; a judgment rendered by a court that has no jurisdiction over the subject matter of the action or proceeding is void. In re Interdiction of Metzler, 2015- 0982 ( La. App. 1st Cir. 2/ 22/ 16),
