    herein           or        the      adoption               of     similar           policies              and     procedures.
    Accordingly,                      the         exception               of           lack         of        subject             matter
    jurisdiction                 is        granted,            and    plaintiff' s             claims           asserted           under
    the    Americans                 with       Disabilities              Act     are    dismissed.
