In doing so, the Court notes that it has construed Plaintiff Nelson Paul Naquin’s pro se pleadings liberally. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims alleged in the Complaint® are DISMISSED as legally frivolous and otherwise for failure to state a claim for which relief can be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2) and § 1915 A, and 42 U.S.C. § 1997(e) and Plaintiffs claims against Ochsner/St. Ann's Hospital are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
