Paragraph 3 of the judgment dated April 28, 2017 (entered May 1, 2017), enforcing the in terrorem clause against Jean O'Brien, is reversed. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed. The case is remanded for amendment of the second and final account consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
