Trespass quare clausum for tearing down a fence built by the plaintiff. The question involved was the location of the dividing line between the plaintiff’s lot and a lot owned by the defendant’s wife — and more specifically the location of the corner bound between those lots. Verdict for defendant. Plaintiff moved for a new trial. Motion overruled.
