Ronald Peterson appeals the circuit court’s judgment convicting him of second degree burglary and stealing. He also appeals the circuit court’s judgment denying his motion for postconviction relief without an evidentia-ry hearing. We affirm. Rules 30.25(b) and 84.16(b).
