Fred G. Fensom appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 Motion without an eviden-tiary hearing. We affirm, finding the allegations in his postconviction motion are refuted by the record. The parties have been provided with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would have no jurisprudential value.
