The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 20th day of December 2005 by Defendant to Extend Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:

"Motion Allowed. Defendant (George Earl Goode, Jr.) shall have up to and including the 9th day of February 2006 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 21st day of December 2005."
