The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 3rd day of January 2006 by Plaintiff for Extension of time to respond to motion to dismiss:

"Motion Allowed. Plaintiff (NC Board of Pharmacy) shall have up to and including the 9th day of January 2006 to file and serve its response with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 5th day of January 2006."
