Sentence in the Entry of Judg- ment: reduction to E-1, confinement for six months, 1 forfeiture of $800.00 pay per month for six months, and a bad-conduct discharge. For Appellant: Lieutenant Commander Daniel O. Moore, JAGC, USN 1 Appellant was credited with having served 144 days of pretrial confinement. United States v.
