ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO REMAND UNDER SENTENCE FOUR OF 42 U.S.C. § 405(q) THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Commissioner Kilolo Kijakazi's Unopposed Motion and Brief to Reverse and Remand for Further Administrative Proceedings Pursuant to Sentence Four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (the “Motion”), (Doc. 19), filed November 30, 2021. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, and noting it is unopposed, finds the Motion is well-taken and shall be GRANTED. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Commissioner's decision in this matter is REVERSED pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and the case is REMANDED to the Commissioner for further administrative proceedings.” IT IS SO ORDERED. THE HONORABLE CARMEN E. GARZA CHIEF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE 'Kilolo Kijakazi was appointed Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration on July 9, 2021. ?
