Nonetheless, no discovery plan has been filed nor has a motion to stay 18]| discovery been filed. 19 To the extent Defendant seeks a stay of discovery, it must file a motion addressing the 20]| governing standards for such relief. See, e.g., Kor Media Grp., LLC v. Green, 294 F.R.D. 579, (D. Nev. 2013). Any such motion must be filed by June 11, 2021.
