Klugbrings this action to review the Commissioner of Social Security’s denial of 11 his applicationfor disability-insurance benefits and supplemental security income. Having 12 thoughtfully considered Klug’s motion to remand and the Commissioner’s cross-motion to 13 affirm in a 31-page report and recommendation, Magistrate JudgeElayna J. Youchah 14 recommends that Ideny Klug’s motion to remandand grant the Commissioner’s cross-motion.1 15 The deadline for objections to that recommendation was yesterday, and no party has filed an 16 objection to it or moved to extend the deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate 17 judge’s report and recommendation unless objections are filed.”2 18 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the magistrate judge’s report and recommendation 19 [ECF No. 27] is ADOPTEDin full; 20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THATplaintiff’s motion for reversal or remand[ECF No. 21 17] is DENIEDand the Commissioner’s cross-motion to affirm [ECF No. 20] is GRANTED. 22 1 ECF No. 27. 23 2 Schmidt v.
