On December 19, 2022, the Defendants in this matter filed a motion for a 22 protective order. [See ECF Doc. 62.] 23 2. The default deadline for Plaintiff to file a response to that motion is January 24 2, 2023, pursuant to Local Rule 7-2(b). 25 3. However, prior to filing that motion for a protective order, Defendants’ 26 counsel conferred with Plaintiff’s counsel about the anticipated response deadline in light 27 of the upcoming holidays. Defendants’ counsel agreed to stipulate to extend the deadline 1 4.
