(ECF No. 25). She recommends that this case be dismissed without prejudice as to 15 plaintiff Patrick Francis Steele (“Steele”). (Id. at 1). Specifically, she notes that Steele failed to 16 comply with her prior order expressing that Steele must file a notice of change of address by April 17 1, 2024. (Id.; see generally ECF No. 21). 18 19 No objections were filed to the R&R. Thus, the court is not obligated to conduct a de novo 20 review of the R&R. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) (requiring courts to “make a de novo determination of 21 those portions of the report or specified proposed findings to which objection is made”); United 22 States v.
