    The motion to punish the defendant for contempt having been made on the 6th of July, 1886, before Mr. Justice Cullen, and upon that motion the regularity of the proceedings necessarily being under consideration, the decision of that motion is a bar to all other proceedings until that order is reversed.

    The order should be affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
