Order reversed, without costs, upon ground that record discloses no basis for relator’s continued detention in the face of the failure to go forward with extradition proceedings, and case remitted to Supreme Court, New York County, for a rehearing or other appropriate proceedings, unless within 10 days from date of this decision .extradition is completed, in which event the order is affirmed. No opinion.
