On review of submissions pursuant to section 500.4 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals (22 NYCRR 500.4), appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that the appeal from the Appellate Division order dated October 1, 1984 does not lie pursuant to CPLR 5601 (d) to review the prior nonfinal Appellate Division order dated May 19, 1980, which has been previously reviewed by this court.
